  21. Probably not.  The only reason for adding more memory to a board like that
  22. is so you can access higher resolutions with more colors ('cause they take
  23. more memory the bigger the numbers get).  The main graphics processor on the
  24. board will always refresh the screen at whatever rate it's set to, so just
  25. adding memory won't change that.  You need some way to change the refresh rate
  26. on a video *driver* lever.  As far as doing that, I have no idea.
