- Probably not. The only reason for adding more memory to a board like that
- is so you can access higher resolutions with more colors ('cause they take
- more memory the bigger the numbers get). The main graphics processor on the
- board will always refresh the screen at whatever rate it's set to, so just
- adding memory won't change that. You need some way to change the refresh rate
- on a video *driver* lever. As far as doing that, I have no idea.
